These terms apply to every order placed on costy.shop. Placing an order
means you accept them.

costy.shop is operated by eufy Omni S2 Robot Vacuum, 5350 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Suite 100, Ontario, California 91764.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an
order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock, delivery
address, or a pricing error — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a
product has been listed at an incorrect price.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where stated.
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We do not see or store your
card details.
Customers outside the country of dispatch may be charged import duties
or taxes on delivery. These are set by your government, are not included
in our prices, and are your responsibility.
Shipping
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Delivery normally takes 7 to 10 days from dispatch. This is an estimate,
not a guarantee — carrier delays and customs clearance are outside our
control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
See our Returns and Warranty page. Nothing in these terms affects your
statutory rights.
Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these
terms. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or loss of
data.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be
limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of UK AND USA. If you are a consumer
in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer
law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published
when you place your order.
